QMT Windchimes® has a profound appreciation for the work of charitable organizations, and actively supports nonprofit groups serving our local community as well as those reaching out to meet global needs.  QMT contributes 20% of each on-line purchase to a nonprofit organization each month.

Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders is an international medical humanitarian organization working in nearly 70 countries to assist people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe.

Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity

Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people of all faiths and races to create and improve communities for people in need by building and renovating houses and creating homeownership opportunities. Our mission is to eliminate substandard housing and homelessness in Eastern West Virginia and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.

American Kidney Fund

The American Kidney Fund fights kidney disease by supporting patients, health education programs and disease prevention initiatives. The fund strives to ensure that kidney patients have access to quality health care and that people at risk of kidney disease are educated and informed. 

Breast Cancer Research Foundation

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation was created in 1993 with the mission of discovering a cure. Eventually, breast cancer prevention became an equal part of this mission, and BCRF continues to work toward these goals by helping to provide research funding and increase public awareness of breast health. Currently, more than 90 cents of every dollar donated to BCRF goes to breast cancer research and awareness programs!

Brethren Housing Corporation

Brethren Housing Corporation has been providing sustainable housing to those in need since 1987.  Brethren Housing serves low and moderate income individuals and families in Prince William County, Manassas City, and Manassas Park City by providing affordable housing.

Brethren Disaster Ministries

Brethren Disaster Ministries works to restore hope for the most vulnerable disaster survivors. Volunteers work to repair and rebuild homes damaged by natural disasters, war, or strife. BDM also works to provide grants to help with life-saving emergency supplies, and tools to reestablish lives and restore infrastructures.

Good Shepherd Alliance

A Christian organization in Loudoun County, Virginia, the Good Shepherd Alliance has been providing emergency housing and near term support for the homeless since 1983. It is a unique organization in that it addresses both short-term and long-term needs for its families.

Medical Missionaries

Medical Missionaries is a volunteer group of over 200 doctors, nurses and medical professionals. They serve poverty and disaster-stricken people across the globe by providing medical care, clothing, medical supplies, and food to people who would otherwise be forced to make do without medical care.

Mennonite Central Committee

Mennonite Central Committee works with local churches and communities in more than 50 countries to aid in disaster relief and to promote sustainable community development, justice, and peace-building work. Additionally, MCC works with organizations to provide basic education to children in underprivileged areas, as well as organizations involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Mennonite Disaster Service

Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS) is a volunteer network of Anabaptist churches that responds in Christian love to those affected by disasters in Canada and the US. MDS has over a dozen active projects throughout the United States and Canada, serving communities affected by flooding, tornados, hurricanes, and other natural disasters.  Most recently, Mennonite Disaster Service has begun working with residents of Minot North Dakota following extensive flooding in their community.

 

Semper Fi Fund & Fisher House Foundation

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is a non-profit orgainization set up to provide immediate financial support for injured and critically ill members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. The Fisher House program is a private-public partnership that supports America's military in their time of need.
